Karmic credits splits itself between being a global medium of exchange and a needs-based trading system designed to end poverty and debt.

Karmic credits is unique in that it is regenerative, which means money is born and dies within a basic system that has limits, however people are not limited to a basic existence.

Accounts are free to open and are preloaded with 275,000.Kc and accounts are limited to 6-digits (1 million), where any excesses go back into the guff, or can be moved to a debt-based account.

Bond Issuance and Capital Control.

This dual trading model uses two elements.

Population numbers as the Capital Control of each countries bond issuance, and the value of that bond which I have set at 100k USD, but the 191 countries leaders can discuss this.

Managing the Bonds.

BRICS multipolar leadership model can act as the Bond issuer service provider. Bonds are free to countries and have no interest or charges attached.

The bonds are passed to the Central Banks who manage the ins and outs of government expenditure, and must return the value of the bonds to BRICS at the end of each election cycle to return the countries national debt to zero.

This will be paid in cash, weights of gold, or ratable land.
