One Earth -Two Paths
The Manaian Way

The Manaian Reality
After many years of contemplation and trial and error to address the root cause of poverty and human suffering, the philosophy of the Manaian Way was born which became a needs-based reality designed to Protect the People and the Planet, through a goal of free Basic Needs.
This philosophy grew into new systems and tools in pursuit of an actual reality that humanity could step into, designed specifically to create freedom, equality, safety, security, stability and peace, and bring an end to poverty and debt.
Where To From here?
Transforming Housing:
The Guardian Right Revolution
An innovative approach on Equity
Housing is a fundamental need for every individual and is revolutionized through the concept of the Guardian Right. The Guardian Right offers remarkable benefits, and sits between house and land ownership and renting. Guardianship is the ownership of the fixtures of the land which uses Call Options and Depreciation rather than rent.
This system creates secondary ownership to achieve long-term occupancy without owning the title, allowing the Guardian Right to depreciate by 10% p/a which is cheaper than paying rent but provides greater benefits and responsibility.

Australian Property Guardianship offers significant benefits to home owners, and creates many new opportunities which can strategically benefit landholders, guardians, investors and society.

Lender risk is mitigated through two unique factors: Market rent increases, making lenders funds more protected than normal, and Depreciation to create a fixed price which reduces inline with the occupants time. This combination protects lenders and investors to manage risks effectively, and treats the Guardian Right like a new car which depreciates once it leaves the lot using a short-term loan facility.

By embracing the Guardianship system, we can create a reality where housing is more accessible, affordable, and stable fundamentally, changing humanity's approach to one of its most vital needs.

Transforming Currency:
Community (Karmic) Credit Revolution
An innovative approach to Money
Karmic Credits is designed as dual currency acting as a people's needs-based trading system to create equality and end poverty, and as a reserve currency pegged to 191 values..

Being needs-based, money is not borrowed into existence, it is born and dies. Accounts are singular, one account per phone number, and each account is preloaded with 275000Kc, and is limited to 6-digits, after which the money dies.

The Karmic Credit trading system self-regulates and works on an accounting platform of plus and minus. There is no interest, fees, or charges, nor does this system have a facility for loans or periodic payments.
Karmic Credits within borders trades 1 for 1 in any country, and outside borders acts in duality where it pirates the local currency notes and coins, making it a type of valueless and valuable common currency.
The long-term societal benefits of Karmic credits are profound, effectively eradicating poverty and hardship, while ensuring that fundamental needs such as housing and food are always met. No longer will citizens have to worry about the crippling burden of debt, as the system's regenerative nature ensures a continuous flow of capital, promoting economic stability and growth.

Transforming Authority:
Collective Authority Based on Unity
Examining the Benefits of Unified Governance
Throughout human history, the hierarchical pyramid structure has been the predominant model for governance. This mode of authority, where power is concentrated at the top and diminishes as it moves downward, has been effective in maintaining order but has also perpetuated social inequality and division.
In contrast, a collective authority built on the Sphere of Unity offers a socially superior system that fosters equality, cooperation, and a shared sense of purpose.
The Flaws of Pyramid-Shaped Authority
The pyramid-shaped model of democratic governance inherently creates classes, with those at the top enjoying the privileges and power while the majority at the base have limited access to resources, opportunities and needs.
This structure has led to the following issues:
-
Social Inequality: Power and wealth become concentrated in the hands of a few, leading to significant disparities between the elite and the general population.
-
Division and Conflict: The separation into classes often results in social tension, unrest, and conflict as different groups compete for limited resources.
-
Limited Representation: Decisions made by those at the top may not reflect the needs and desires of the wider populace, resulting in policies that favor the elite.
The Sphere of Unity
The Sphere of Unity model of governance introduces 4 base systems into a global collective framework umbrella under which existing authorities and old democratic systems are now responsible too.
This approach emphasizes cooperation, places responsibility on mankind, offers equal participation and provides numerous benefits that address the flawed pyramid-shaped authority:
-
Equality and Inclusivity: By involving all members of society in decision-making processes, collective authority ensures that everyone's voice is heard, promoting inclusivity and reducing social disparities.
-
Cooperation Over Competition: Unity fosters a culture of cooperation where individuals work together towards common goals, rather than competing against each other for resources and power.
-
Shared Ownership and Responsibility: When governance is shared collectively, individuals feel a greater sense of ownership and responsibility for the well-being of their community and society as a whole.
-
Adaptive and Resilient Systems: Collective decision-making allows for more adaptive and resilient systems, as diverse perspectives and ideas contribute to more comprehensive and effective solutions.

Transforming Democracy:
Limits governed by the Collective
Population Numbers
Transforming democracy through a new global collective financial framework, would make the collective responsible for the automation for which all of humanity benefits.

Population limitation is more beneficial than one would think, not just because it binds governments to a budget and forces responsibility on them, but Karmic credits removes citizen dependency on government support, where social security, pensions, aid and subsidies are no longer something they have to pay.

Further to this however, is in the paying off of the national debt through BRICS-Bonds which provides free bonds based on population numbers that must be repaid at the end of every election term.

Using the formula that 1 person is worth 100k, a 1kg gold bar, or 31 acres of land, governments have 3 options to reset the govt coffers to zero for the new party to begin with.

The Manaian Way
A needs-based reality combining all four initiatives
Protecting Mankind and the Planet using Karmic Credits, BRICS-Bonds, the Guardian Right and a Collective authority based on Unity changes lives.

By selecting needs-based systems over debt-based ones, families, individuals and businesses become immediately viable, requiring less money to live for one, but more-so in resetting the foundation for mankind beginning with food security, trusted governance and stable trading and housing solutions.
The Manaian Way envisions a holistic approach where societal well-being and environmental preservation go hand in hand. By emphasizing karmic credits, the system ensures that every action taken contributes positively to the community and the planet, fostering a sense of interconnectedness and shared responsibility.
Under this paradigm, guardian rights empower individuals and communities to safeguard their resources and environment, promoting sustainability and long-term thinking. This collective authority model is not just about governance but about nurturing a mindset where every decision is weighed against its impact on the broader ecosystem.

In practical terms, this translates to innovative policies and initiatives that prioritize local food production, renewable energy sources, and equitable resource distribution. Education systems would be reformed to instill values of cooperation, empathy, and environmental stewardship from a young age, creating generations who are not only aware of these principles but are also equipped to act upon them.
Moreover, the move towards needs-based systems over debt-based ones liberates society from the shackles of financial instability. By focusing on essential needs such as food security, trusted governance, and stable housing, the Manaian Way creates a robust foundation for a thriving community. This shift not only reduces the monetary burden on individuals but also fosters a culture of mutual support and resilience.
In essence, the Manaian Way represents a transformative vision for the future, where collective prosperity and planetary health are intertwined. It calls for a unified effort to reimagine our societal structures and priorities, paving the way for a sustainable, equitable, and harmonious world.
